Aimee Redisch is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College and her Master of Social Work from New York University. Aimee works with adolescents and adults empowering them to utilize coping skills that enable them to deal with stressors like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.

Aimee is non-judgmental and works with clients at their own pace. She uses multiple modalities to help clients build on their specific strengths to achieve a balanced lifestyle. Aimee engages the client in mindfulness to help them develop strong self-regulation skills. Aimee educates her clients on the importance of setting boundaries that helps them better control their life. Each client has a unique situation, so Aimee selects the most productive evidence-based technique such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
