How It Works

What Makes Avita PsyCare the Best Choice for You

Step One - Alliance

All good healing of body and mind begins with knowing the dis-ease and choosing the right healer. Via a short survey and a clinical interview, a foundational stage of understanding is being built and a potential for a working alliance is being forged

Step Two - Search for Patterns

To understand is to perceive and identify patterns in our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and behaviors. In the context of regular meetings and in the process of sharing one’s experiences, what the presenting problems look like and how they are activated is being discovered

Step Three - Shift

Some, but not all, patterns become rigid and incapable of adaptability to new life situations. Willingness and efforts to realign and abandon some unhealthy patterns, while adopting more pliable and healthy ones, will be expressed as reconciliation and restoration of health

Step Four - Autonomy

All endings are new beginnings. When the practice of identifying, evaluating, and changing patterns becomes itself a pattern, time for autonomy and conclusion of this therapeutic engagement begins
